Realization Statement:

I want to express my deep gratitude to those who have helped me throughout my career and life.  I am truly blessed! I want to thank certain people who have mentored, consoled, spoken, listened to, and inspired me through it all! Early in my life (35+ Years Ago Now), I was told I’d never make it as an Engineer and Businessman.

 

When I started this company, several influencers spoke into my life—both then and now!  That stuck by, and I believed in myself; this list continuously grows!

 

God: Thank you for always being there for me and never letting go!

 

Men’s Group: Thank you to the many men who have always been there to listen and speak into my life.

 

Mom: Early on, you doubted me, but I appreciate it regardless, as it pushed me to achieve my goals.   Thank you for teaching me hard work pays off and loving me regardless of my choices!

 

Dad: I appreciate you always pushing me to do the job right the first time and giving me a strong work ethic.  Thank you for loving me and for believing in me!

 

My Son: Collin, thank you for being one of my biggest fans, listening to me talk about my career, and teaching me how to be chill/patient during hard times!

 

Greg Mathias: Your resilience and determination in running a business are admirable, and I am proud and honored to be a part of your life! You have taught me many things over the years, Greg, but the one that stands out the most is the strategic importance of building and utilizing a team of skilled people to drive the business's growth. Everyone's contributions are crucial for the common good of the company and to achieving our growth goals, so thank you for all you have taught me over the many years.

 

Roy Wilt: I’ll never forget your inspiring words and everything you taught me as my Vocational Teacher in Electronics.  You are one of the reasons I became an engineer, and I am full of confidence in my life!

 

Mike Bonner: I will never forget our friendship that has lasted so long, from my customer early on in my career to your employee and long years of being friends. You believed in me so much that you even offered the keys to your company to help run it and grow it to the next level. I’ll never forget it!

 

Joe Dees: You inspired me as a young man. Over the years, I’ve watched you grow into your place as a man and your unbelievable strength.  Continue being that sponge and ask questions Joe, I see great things coming for you and your family!

    

Kevin Burgess:  Brother, thank you for always being there for me through the good and rough times.  I think highly of you, and you inspire me never to quit and always push to do it better!

 

Roger Messick: Although we worked together briefly, your knowledge and ability to mentor/coach me will never be forgotten. Teaching me journaling and note-taking skills has helped mold me into a more successful and humble man!

 

Jeff Thomas: Brother, thank you for always being there for me, no matter what.  We’ve been through some things together, and I’ll never forget it!  Finish that book, and thank you, my friend!

 

Mark Goins: Where do I begin? I’ll first say thank you! You have been my consoler, mentor, and friend through one of the toughest parts of my life.  You have helped me develop my true calling in life and for my business.  I know it’s tough working with us 8s, but when we are truly open to our journey and finding our direction to God, all can say it’s been a game changer!  You inspire me so much; Mark and your legacy and gifts are awesome in touching people’s lives.

Terry Eagle:  Thank you for being in my life to influence and teach me so many things about business and life!  You have spoken so many great words of Godly affirmation and the true gift of understanding while working in a business!
