New Angle Solutions, LLC (NAS), founded in 2010, is a service and solutions company built on decades of combined experience in aerospace, electronic components, engineering, barcode/RFID, HVAC, electronics, technical products, sales solutions, and parts sourcing. Founder & CEO

Ryan Robertson

Ryan Robertson is the Founder and CEO of New Angle Solutions, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of cross-industry experience across aerospace, electronics, engineering, HVAC, manufacturing, and technology-driven businesses. He partners with business owners, executives, and professionals to bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to organizations that are ready to grow, evolve, or recalibrate.

Ryan’s work is grounded in the intersection of technical depth and real-world business execution. Having led and supported initiatives spanning engineering performance, sales strategy, operational systems, marketing, and organizational development, he understands how complex businesses function—and where they often break down. Through strategic guidance, focused mentoring, and repeatable, disciplined processes, he helps clients strengthen operations, sharpen decision-making, and turn strategy into measurable action.

At New Angle Solutions, Ryan is known for his ability to see the whole picture—from systems and workflows to people, culture, and leadership dynamics. Whether guiding companies through growth initiatives, managing complex change, developing internal capabilities, or mentoring leaders and teams, his approach is practical, direct, and results-oriented. The objective is always the same: help organizations perform better, scale with confidence, and build durable foundations for long-term success.

Chiqueta Hyman

Chiqueta Hyman brings over 18 years of executive-level marketing leadership to organizations ready to grow with intention and clarity. She has served as a behind-the-scenes strategic force for major corporations such as Boeing and FCAH Aerospace, and today, she partners with small and mid-sized businesses to deliver the same CMO-caliber insight—scaled to fit their goals.

My role goes beyond strategy. I work alongside leadership teams to design and execute customized marketing blueprints that drive revenue growth, strengthen brand awareness, and build lasting customer loyalty. Through a proven, hands-on process, I analyze what’s working, identify what’s holding you back, and implement practical, results-focused solutions that move the business forward—quickly and sustainably.

She has partnered with a wide range of organizations, including manufacturers, IT firms, distributors, and service providers, supporting both B2B and B2C markets across multiple industries.

Beyond business, she is a proud United States Air Force Veteran, a dedicated mother, and a woman of faith. These values shape how she leads, serves, and supports the businesses.

Leadership & Culture Consultant

Mark Goins

Mark Goins brings over 12 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, and organizations evaluate, equip, unite, and improve through a deeper understanding of workplace personalities and team dynamics. Drawing from his background as a teacher, business owner, counselor, and advisor, Mark helps teams move beyond surface-level behavior to understand what truly motivates people, how they make decisions, and why conflict arises.

 

At the core of his work is a 9-type personality framework, a powerful tool Mark uses to instruct and guide individuals, leadership teams, entrepreneurs, and administrative groups. This framework gives leaders a shared language to understand differences in values, communication styles, stress responses, and problem-solving approaches—turning personality differences from points of friction into strategic advantages.

By addressing these dynamics, Mark helps teams communicate more effectively, reduce unnecessary conflict, and align around shared goals. Solutions Engineer

Dale Robertson

Dale Robertson is a graduate of Electronics Technical School with 8 years of hands-on experience as an Electronic Technician, including extensive field work calibrating recorders and data loggers. He brings over 30 years of experience supporting and advising customers across Manufacturing, Distribution, Education, Healthcare, and Government sectors, with deep expertise in Printing Technology and Data Collection Technology (DCT).

Understanding customer needs, both short-term and long-term, helps identify the right solution. DCT involves several layers to meet the customer's needs. Factors include the technology type, environment, personnel, the appropriate hardware and software, and whether to use OTS (off-the-shelf) or a custom solution. Understanding the user's point of view (the operator) during the design and quote stages, and working with IT to provide the interface for their system.

Whether we're importing tables, exporting data, or controlling functions, the project is managed by developing a System Requirements Definition. EVERY customer is Unique.
