Realization Statement:
I want to express my sincere gratitude to those who have supported me throughout my career and life. I am truly blessed! I want to thank the individuals who have mentored, consoled, spoken with me, listened to me, and inspired me throughout this journey. Early in my life (over 35 years ago), I was told I’d never make it as an Engineer and a Businessman.
Greg Mathias: Your resilience and determination in running a business are admirable, and I am proud and honored to be a part of your life! You have taught me many things over the years, Greg, but the one that stands out the most is the strategic importance of building and utilizing a team of skilled people to drive the business's growth. Everyone's contributions are crucial to the company's overall well-being and to achieving our growth goals, so thank you for all that you have taught me over the many years.
Roy Wilt: I’ll never forget your inspiring words and everything you taught me as my Vocational Teacher in Electronics. You are one of the reasons I became an engineer, and I am full of confidence in my life!
Mike Bonner: I will never forget our friendship, which has lasted so long—from my customer early in my career to your employee, and the many years we've been friends. You believed in me so much that you even offered the keys to your company to help run it and grow it to the next level. I’ll never forget it!
Joe Dees: You inspired me, young man. Over the years, I’ve watched you grow into your place as a man and your unbelievable strength. Continue being that sponge and ask questions, Joe. I see great things coming for you and your family!

This growth encompasses both the internal and external aspects of running a business, with strategic processes in place to manage day-to-day operations and deliver reactive, proactive, and interactive solutions.
