WHY AM I STARTING THIS PODCAST?

Before we dive into the themes and topics that I’m so passionate about, I want to take a moment to share why I’ve chosen to start this journey and give you a glimpse into my story.

 

Over the past 25-plus years, professionally and personally, I’ve realized that my life has a calling and a deeper purpose. That realization hasn’t come easy- it’s been shaped by seasons of struggle, moments of failure, and, thankfully, incredible successes.  In my personal life, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of marriages and divorces, which have taught me lessons and molded me into the person I am today.

 

With a robust background in aerospace engineering, high-level leadership, sales, marketing, and business development.   I have successfully navigated and influenced several business segments.  Segments include Aerospace, Avionics, Automotive, Electronic Components, Emergency Vehicle Products, Engineering, HVAC, Repair Solutions, and much more.  I’ve had a blessed 25-plus-year career with a proven track record in spearheading comprehensive business strategies and nurturing key relationships across global markets. I have orchestrated the cultivation of Millions of dollars in new business and pioneered and co-managed engineering projects that dramatically increased new capabilities in repair solutions. Furthermore, my technical proficiencies, coupled with extensive experience in account management, strategic planning, and team leadership, have equipped me to contribute to helping today's businesses and individuals.

WHAT'S MY CALLING?

To bring provision to your business and individuals by understanding the imprint that is desired to achieve. Help provide insightful resources to understand the initiative and overcome resistance in your business and life.  To furnish the necessary experience to bring forth the strengths and weaknesses of the situation by providing leverage around a new vision.  All this is to say that one thing is that I’m committed to upholding my legacy as an influencer for businesses and people.

NOW, TO SAY ALL THAT...

In my career and life, I didn’t do it alone; God, first and foremost, you have done such beautiful work in me – thank you, I couldn’t have done it without you!  I’ve been blessed with extraordinary mentors who have guided me through the challenges and celebrated my wins. People like My Dad, Greg Mathias, Mike Bonner, and Terry Eagle have shaped my professional path and my understanding of leadership and perseverance.

 

My personal life has been equally remarkable, with individuals as my Son, Mark Goins, whose wisdom and perspective inspire me daily, and incredible friends and mentors like Chris Nichols, Joe Dees, Jeff Thomas, and Roy Wilt. Each of these individuals has spoken into my life, encouraging me to grow and reminding me of the power of connection and community.
